Islander Herbs is a Whidbey Island based cottage industry
run by Jammin’ Laura Fitzgerald. The Gourmet jams, jellies,
preserves and spices are produced in a licensed commercial kitchen housed
in a 1948 Airstream Trailer. Islander Herbs began in 1994 with four
flavors. The product line continues to expand, currently offering ten
flavors plus 3 spice blends.
Each variety is measured and hand stirred in small batches to assure a
delicious homemade quality product.
